The French company has agreed to acquire AiDASH, a cutting-edge provider of artificial intelligence-driven solutions for power grid management, in an all-cash transaction valued at $350 million.

Expanding ESG Capabilities

  • Climate Risk Management: AiDASH's AI-driven predictive analytics will enable Schneider Electric to better assist utilities in anticipating and mitigating climate-related risks, aligning with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations.
  • Infrastructure Resilience: By integrating AiDASH's solutions, Schneider Electric can enhance grid resilience and reliability, supporting utilities in meeting their sustainability goals and complying with emerging regulations like the EU's Climate, Energy, and Environment Package.
